Rob has a wealth of knowledge, experience and a true passion for empowering YOU to achieve YOUR Success and YOUR Happy!

My Story

Rob has a real passion for helping people achieve their true potential and through his coaching and inspirational talks, empowers his clients to take control and ownership of their lives which ultimately leads them to reaching their goals.

Rob brings a wealth of life experience and maturity beyond his years to the business. He was born and raised in Spain until his family relocated to the UK when he was 14, forcing him to adjust to a new culture and language. Upon completing his education, Rob embarked on a medical/ scientific career with a pharmaceutical company before being made redundant just 12 months later. Following a period of uncertainty, he decided to pursue a completely different career path and enlisted into the UK Armed Forces, where he served for 12 years as both a soldier and a commissioned officer, before his successful career was abruptly ended when he sustained life- changing brain and spinal injuries in an explosion in Afghanistan.

Rob used coaching alongside therapies to regain control of his life and pursue his next career in London, working in Leadership and Professional Development roles in a not-for-profit organisation and a financial services firm, before furthering his coaching qualifications and establishing RCH Coaching in 2017.

Rob is also an accomplished athlete. Having competed internationally in triathlon in the past, Rob used sport to aid his mental and physical recovery gaining further success; he became a multiple gold- medal winner at the Invictus Games, twice finisher of ironman triathlons and captained the team of disabled servicemen that set a world- first record by completing the Arch-2-Arc triathlon challenge in 2015.
